3. Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

We operate by appointment and, where available, limited walk-in bookings. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we maintain clear scheduling policies:

  • Booking: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Certain treatments may require a consultation prior to booking.

  • Confirmation: You may receive email/SMS confirmations and reminders. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct contact information.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, a late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: We may require a minimum notice period (for example, 24–48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of a deposit, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • Rescheduling by Glamxy MedSpa & Aesthetics : In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to provider availability, equipment issues, or other circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time.

4. Payments, Packages & Refunds

Pricing for our Services may be displayed on our website, marketing materials, or provided during consultation. All prices are subject to change without notice, except where required by law. The amount due for your treatment will be clearly communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
