1. Who we are

DataTrust ("we", "us", "our") is a data insights platform designed to help organizations manage, analyze, and protect their information. We act as a data controller for personal data we collect about you when you use our website, create an account, or interact with us, and as a data processor for personal data we handle on behalf of our customers inside the platform.

2. Data we collect

We only collect personal data that is relevant for providing and improving DataTrust. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Usage and log data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken in the product, date and time of requests.
  • Support and communication data — messages you send us, feedback, survey responses, and information you provide during demos or onboarding.
  • Customer content — data sets and configurations that you or your organization upload to DataTrust. We process this data as a processor according to our Data Processing Agreement.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health information, political opinions, or biometric data) unless explicitly agreed with a customer in writing and covered by appropriate safeguards.
